Who We Are
Types of Data We Collect
Cookies are small files which are stored on a user’s computer. They are designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a particular client and website and can be accessed either by the web server or the client computer.
Cookies are a convenient way to carry information from one session on a website to another, or between sessions on related websites, without having to burden a server machine with massive amounts of data storage.
When someone visits https://lovonya.com/ we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of usage patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone individually. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of the registration process for our email list, we collect personal information. We use that information to tell you more about what you’ve asked of us, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, and to check every now and then about your level of satisfaction with our products and services. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.
We use MailChimp, to deliver our emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or via contact form to our data protection officer Patrick Durkin.
